Our Refund & Return Policy applies to all return requests, including the 30-day return window, eligibility criteria (unworn items with original tags/packaging), non-returnable items (final sale/hygiene-restricted products), and refund processing rules.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of return inspection.
- For Canadian orders, duties and taxes paid to customs authorities are non-refundable, regardless of the return outcome.
