- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the return
- The item is not marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” (these exclusions are clearly noted on individual product pages and are non-returnable for hygiene and inventory reasons)
We do not currently offer direct exchanges for size, color, or style preferences.If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order for the desired product and initiate a return for your original purchase to receive a refund.In cases of defective items or incorrectly shipped products (e.g., wrong size, wrong style), we may offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion, subject to inspection of the returned item.
Shipping cost responsibilities for returns are as follows:
- Defective or incorrectly shipped items: We will cover return shipping costs and may provide a prepaid return label (where available) for your convenience.
- Change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong size chosen, no longer want the item): The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Original shipping fees: These are non-refundable in most cases, unless the return is a direct result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).

If you have not received your refund within the 5–10 business day processing window:
- First, check with your bank or credit card issuer to confirm if the refund is pending or has been posted to your account (processing timelines vary by financial institution).

For orders shipped to Canada:
- Any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.
- We will refund the product’s purchase price (and original shipping fees only if required by law and the return is due to our error). Duties, taxes, and customs charges will not be included in the refund.
